In accordance with section 126C and 126D of the EP Act and further detailed in section 6.3.2 of the PRCP Guideline, the PRC plan must provide information regarding how Non-Use Management Areas (NUMAs) will be managed in way that achieves best practice management, minimises risks to the environment and ensures that there are no environmental impacts beyond the tenure boundary.
