Rehabilitation of any land disturbed by mining actvitites on tenures EPM7672; EPM14104; EPM14108; EPM19196; EPM12902; EPM15458; EPM15459; EPM18530 and EPM19064 since the date that tenure was granted remains the responsibility of the Environmental Authoriuty holder and all rehabilitation must be conducted in accordance with Code of Environmental Compliance for Exploration and Mineral Devlopment Projects. Notwithstanding standard condition 13 of the Code of environmental compliance for exploration and mineral development projects - EM586, the holder of the environmental authority is authorised to carry out the exploration activity on EPM27049, within 1km of, but not in, the Category A Environmentally Sensitive Areas identified on EPM27049.
