Tenures Support Unit Mineral and Coal Team Department of Employment, Economic Development and Innovation PO Box 1475 COORPAROO QLD 4151 Our Reference: 308605 Dear Sir or Madam Re: Transfer of environmental authority (mining activities} No MIN200489206 The administering authority has assessed the application received on 22-SEP-2010 to transfer environmental authority (mining activities) No MIN200489206 from Comet Coal & Coke Pty Ltd to Stanmore Coal Limited and wishes to advise you that the application has been granted. The relevant mining tenement approved for transfer is EPC1112. Please discharge the financial assurance held for environmental authority MIN200489206 to the transferor(s) when lodgement of the financial assurance, to the amount of $2500.00 or equal to the current amount held, has been received from the transferee(s). This Notice of Decision and the attached amended environmental authority constitute the permit documentation. For code compliant level 2 projects no environmental authority is attached because the standard environmental conditions in the relevant Code of Environmental Compliance are the conditions of the environmental authority. Please note that the transferee(s) must, within 10 business days, give each owner of the land to which the environmental authority relates written notice that the authority has been transferred to the transferee. If the environmental authority holder becomes aware of any inconsistency between the amended environmental authority and the plan of operations, the plan must be amended within 28 days, in a way so that it is no longer inconsistent with the authority.
