    The environmental authority holder is authorised to construct two borehole on EPC718 within the 500m ERE buffer. The subsequent conditions, B2-1 to B4-2, authorises the environmental disturbance related to this borehole. Drill sites (B2-1} The operational area of the drill site within ERE 500m buffer must not exceed 1000m?.

    Topsoil stripping within the ERE buffer is limited to an area no greater than 25m x 25m. (B2-5} ‘The environmental holder must minimise disturbance within the ERE buffer and avoid clearing of trees. Tracks (B3-1} Existing access and fence line tracks must be used wherever possible. Any new tracks are to be constructed by linking natural cleared or disturbed areas. (B3-2)} Track construction must avoid clearing of trees; and
