This environmental authority authorises environmental harm referred to in the conditions. Where there is no condition or this environmental authority is silent on a matter, the lack of a condition or silence does not authorise environmental harm.

Notwithstanding any variations listed in this environmental authority, the conditions in this environmental authority are the conditions contained within the Eligibility criteria and standard conditions for

If there is any inconsistency between a standard condition referred to in condition A2 and a site specific condition of this environmental authority, the site specific condition of this environmental authority prevails to the extent of any inconsistency.

The activity must not cause more than 10 (ten) hectares of land to be significantly disturbed.
- A5
The holder of the environmental authority must not carry out activities in a Category A Environmentally Sensitive Area.
- A6
The activity must not, at any one time cause more than five thousand (5,000) square metres of land to be disturbed at a camp site.
- A7
No more than twenty (20) square metres of any substance is, or will be, extracted from each kilometre of a riverine area affected by the mining activity in a year.
- A8
Significant residual impacts to prescribed environmental matters are not authorised under this environmental authority or the Environmental Offsets Act 2014.
- A9
Records demonstrating that each impact to a prescribed environmental matter did not, or is not likely to, result in a significant residual impact to that matter must be: a) completed by an appropriately qualified person; and b) kept for the life of the environmental authority.

The holder of this environmental authority must notify the administering authority by written notification within 24 hours, after becoming aware of any emergency or incident that is reasonably expected to be not in accordance with, the conditions of this environmental authority. Schedule B - Land

Notwithstanding condition A13 of the Eligibility criteria and standard conditions for exploration and authorised to carry out exploration activities up to the Category B Environmentally Sensitive Area identified as Endangered Regional Ecosystem. Permit Environmental authority EPSX04240116

In carrying out the activity, disturbance of land may occur within the Category B Environmentally Sensitive Area - Endangered Regional Ecosystem, at the locations identified in Schedule E Figure 1 - Location of proposed drill pads and adjoining tracks.

In carrying out the activity, the environmental authority holder must take all reasonable measures to avoid impacting on the Category B Environmentally Sensitive Area - Endangered Regional Ecosystem.

All significantly disturbed land within a Category B Environmentally Sensitive Area and within five hundred (500) metres of a Category B Environmentally Sensitive Area, must be rehabilitated within thirty (30) days after exploration activities have been completed. Schedule C - Waters
