The conditions of this environmental authority are in force until a surrender of the authority is accepted pursuant to the Environmental Protection Act 1994. The conditions apply unless an amendment is approved pursuant to the Environmental Protection Act 1994.

Financial assurance The environmental authority holder is to give the administering authority a financial assurance in the amount and form and at a time required by the administering authority.

- WA1
=ML10321 is located within Restricted Area 48, which is described as "Blue Valley Dam Site Burdekin and Bowen Rivers", under the Mineral Resources Act 1989. The following additional conditions, WA2 to WA(10, have been included in this environmental authority as recommended by SunWater. WA2_ The environmental authority holder is required to seek comments from SunWater on rehabilitation of the relevant mining tenement prior to submitting a surrender application to the administering authority. WA3_ Nochemicals whatsoever are to be used in connection with the processing of materials within the bed and banks of the Burdekin River (the River).

All waste, oil and grease are to be removed from site. Two hundred litres is the maximum volume of fuel allowed to be stored on site at any time. The fuel is to be contained within a secure vessel. A suitable container will be installed at all times to prevent any possible spillage within the bed and banks of the River.

No materials are to be extracted from the River's main low flow section located on the far right hand side of the River's bed.
- WA6
Extraction of materials is restricted to river wash only. No materials are to be disturbed or taken from the River's banks. All excavations made shall have a batter flatter than one on three. WA7_ The bed of the watercourse shall be left with an even longitudinal grade, smooth and free from holes and ridges. WA8_ The campsite location should be such that no domestic or industrial waste can enter the River. All rubbish is to be disposed of by authorised rubbish dumps. WAQY All toilet facilities are to be located at least 400m away from the river and shall be adequate to prevent any overflow or non-treated effluent entering the River. Permit Environmental authority EPSLO0068513 WA 10 All requirements for relevant licences and authorisations under the Water Act 2000 are to be approved prior to any mining being undertaken.
