Despite standard condition A13 of the Eligibility criteria and standard conditions for mining lease activities, activities may be carried out within 1 kilometre, but not within 50 metres, of a category B environmentally sensitive area.

The activities conducted by the environmental authority holder must not cause any impact, whether directly or indirectly, to a category A or category B environmentally sensitive area.

Significant residual impacts to prescribed environmental matters are not authorised under this environmental authority or the Environmental Offsets Act 2014.
