What's in the index
The current instrument of every live coal and minerals environmental authority on the Queensland EP Act public register, every PRCP schedule published for those industries with its rehabilitation areas, and the information request notices issued on PRC plan applications. Documents come from the register's own storage and each result links to the page it was read from.
Standard conditions documents
| Document | Title | Status | Conditions | Adopted by |
|---|
Where an authority names a Code of environmental compliance without a version, the version is taken from the Code's date if the instrument quotes it, or inferred from the instrument's effective date if that falls within one version's period (v0 to 30 March 2013, v1 to 20 May 2014, v1.1 to 30 March 2016) and labelled "inferred". Instruments dated after the Codes were retired are linked to the latest version and labelled "version not stated".
How the documents were read
- Conditions are split on their numbering (A1, J7, A1:, (A4-1), PESCB 5, Condition 41). An authority that adopts standard conditions by reference is linked to the document and version it names, and each of those documents is indexed once. Where numbering couldn't be followed, the instrument is searchable page by page instead, and where numbering has gaps, both are indexed.
- Rehabilitation areas and information request items were read from the tables in the PDFs themselves, not from extracted text, because table cells wrap and drift in text form.
- Scanned documents were recovered by OCR, which can misread characters; those results are labelled.
- Topics, matters and land use categories are keyword tags. The original wording is always shown alongside.
Limits
A snapshot, not a live feed, and not legal advice. Surrendered, cancelled and suspended authorities are excluded, as are petroleum and gas. Applicants' replies are read from their response letters and reconciliation tables; a reply given only as a revised plan or a scanned letter has no item-by-item text here.
